About this policy

Hey Look! / ModernHem works with more than one fulfillment partner. Shipping estimates depend on the product, its fulfillment location, your destination, and the shipping service available for your order. Please review the product information and checkout before placing your order.

The current Trendsi clothing selection

The Trendsi-specific information in this policy applies to these products:

For U.S.-fulfilled Trendsi products, the supplier currently lists standard shipping estimates of 2–5 business days for U.S. destinations. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and should not be read as a promise that every order will arrive within five business days of checkout (Trendsi shipping information).

We do not guarantee processing within 24 hours. Please check any product-specific notices, and contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Other products and mixed orders

Products outside the selection listed above may ship from different fulfillment locations and have different processing and delivery estimates. Please use the estimate displayed for the particular product; the Trendsi estimate does not apply to the rest of our catalog.

For an order confirmed as fulfilled by Tradelle, its current general guidance lists regular processing of approximately 1–3 business days plus average delivery of 6–10 business days. These are separate stages and general estimates, not a guaranteed date or confirmation that every product and variant is available for your destination; the first order can take longer, and the exact product, variant, and destination estimate must be checked (Tradelle shipping guidance).

Items fulfilled by different partners may arrive separately and may have separate tracking information. Please contact us before ordering if a product does not show a delivery estimate or if you need help understanding a mixed order.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge for your order is displayed at checkout before payment. Charges can vary by the products ordered, shipment weight, destination, and service; the supplier's own rates are not a universal flat rate for our store.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking information is available for your shipment, we will provide it through your order updates. Carrier scans may take time to appear; a period without a tracking update does not by itself establish that a package is lost.

If an order appears delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered, email rstbestsolution@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and explain the available next steps; we do not require you to wait an arbitrary 30 days before reporting a problem.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International availability and shipping charges depend on the product and destination. The U.S. estimates above do not apply to international shipments.

Any applicable taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. We do not make a storewide guarantee that every international shipment is free of customs duties or other import charges; contact us before ordering internationally if you need clarification.
